We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was absolutely stunning, with the hotel virtually on the lake separated by a small road. It was located on a quiet street in a very calm area, providing us with a wonderful view of the lake. The service at this place was top-notch, with attentive staff who were friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was comfortable and spacious, with a small balcony that offered a beautiful view of the lake. The hotel had great amenities, including an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, a spa & wellness center with a sauna and jacuzzi, and beach access for those warm summer days. the hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made our stay truly enjoyable.

Some of the staff appeared to be trainees and so the service at mealtimes was often slow.

The staff were most friendly and helpful and I would definitely recommend the Gerbi to anyone wishing to spend time in a beautiful location - with balconies overlooking the lake - and in pleasant suroundings.

My only regret is that the restaurants charge prices that are higher than those I have found in other parts of Switzerland, e.g. Berne and Soloturn - is this because of Lake Lucerne?

A beautiful location with stunning views. Spa facilities were good and included saunas, steam rooms and indoor/outdoor pools. The breakfast was ample and WiFi was available throughout the hotel.

The rooms were small and could be more comfortable. The hotel is located quite a distance from the town center and was a lengthy walk.

During my recent stay at See & Wellnesshotel Gerbi, I was delighted to find a spacious room with a balcony offering breathtaking views of the lake. The hotel's location is perfect, and the on-site restaurants and bar provided delicious meals and drinks. The shared spa area with Hotel Alexander was an added bonus, although it would have been better if it opened earlier in the day. The staff at the front desk were friendly except for one person. Despite some minor inconveniences like street noise and noise from neighboring rooms, I still enjoyed my time at this hotel. I would highly recommend See & Wellnesshotel Gerbi for a mostly pleasant stay.
